Guidelines
Guidelines for oral presentations
All presentations are listed in the Preliminary Program, which is available here.
-
To include your presentation in the sessions it is required that your potential conflict of interest disclosure for each author is listed in a separate PPT slide. If this is not cited your presentation cannot be shown.
-
A slide template per society is available below. It is obligatory to use this template for the disclosure slide. It is also strongly advised to use this template for your PPT presentation.
-
PPT presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Room 2 hours before the scheduled presentation at the latest. The Speaker Room is located in bay 21B (the non-commercial exhibition hall).
-
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP TO THE TIME allotted for your presentation (check your notification letter and the timings in the program)
