The abstract submission deadline is 15 November 2026.
Authors will be notified by email of the acceptance of their abstract by 31 January 2027.

Submission Guidelines
Authors may submit a maximum of five abstracts in total, across all participating Societies.
Please note that the same or identical abstract may not be submitted to more than one Society. Identical abstracts submitted to multiple Societies will be disqualified.
During the submission process, authors will first be asked to select a Society and then select a topic from the topics available for that Society.
Abstracts must be submitted as a Word file via the online submission form (see button below).

You can submit several abstracts at the same time, but you can also upload several abstracts at a different point in time. Your abstract(s) is/are only uploaded successfully when you receive an automatic reply confirming your submission(s).

Author Guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in English not exceeding 500 words and must be submitted as a Word file (.doc or .docx) via the online submission form. The word count does not include the title, authors and affiliations.
- Use Arial, font size 10.
- Use single line spacing and left-align the text (do not justify). Do not hyphenate words at line breaks. Use hard returns only to end headings and paragraphs; do not use hard returns to rearrange lines.
- Type title in sentence case, in bold, with no full stop at the end
- Leave one blank line after the title.
- List authors with the family name first followed by the initials of the first name (e.g., Rubens P.P., Van Eyck J.)
- List the affiliation(s) underneath the authors using the following format: Institution, Dept., City, Country. Do not include street addresses, PO boxes, or postal/ZIP codes.
- When there are multiple affiliations, number them consecutively and separate them with semicolons, as follows:1Dept. A, Hospital A, City, Country; 2Dept. B, Hospital B, City, Country; 3Dept. C, Hospital C, City, Country
- Leave one blank line after the affiliation(s).
- Ideally, abstracts should be structured as follows: Introduction / Materials and Methods / Results / Conclusion. In structured abstracts, section headings should be typed in bold, followed by a colon. Do not use the heading “Abstract” and do not put blank lines in between the paragraph headings.
- A maximum of 2 tables or graphsis allowed. Tables and graphs are not included in the word count.
- Acknowledgements is a separate, optional heading and must be preceded by a blank line.
- The use of references is discouraged and should be limited to a maximum of 3 references.
References is a separate, optional heading and must be preceded by a blank line. When references are included, use superscript numbers in both the text and the reference list. References should be formatted in Arial, font size 8, as follows:1Author A., Author B., Author C.D. Title of the scientific work. Title of the Journal. year; number; page-page.

When submitting one or more abstracts for oral or poster presentation, submitting authors should bear in mind that presenters are NOT exempted from paying the registration fee.
